INDIVIDUAL ONLINE THERAPY · MASSACHUSETTS
Welcome, I’m Carrie.
I believe that feeling truly heard, understood, and cared about makes room for reflection, growth, and change.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with nearly 30 years of experience helping adults navigate relationships, life transitions, anxiety, grief, and the complexities of being human. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you’re the expert on your own life.

A PLACE TO BEGIN
Therapy begins with you.
You don't need to be in crisis or have the right words to begin therapy. Sometimes you simply know that something doesn't feel quite right, or that you'd like to understand yourself and your experiences more deeply.
Therapy offers a place to explore those feelings, recognize patterns, and discover what matters to you. We can begin wherever you are.
WORKING TOGETHER
Therapy shaped together.
Our work is collaborative and guided by your individual needs. There's room to explore what's happening in your life, what feels difficult, and what you hope might be different.
Sometimes that means looking at familiar situations in a new way. Other times, it means making sense of difficult emotions, finding greater clarity, or giving words to something you've been carrying for a long time.
SOME OF THE THINGS WE MAY EXPLORE
Relationships
Life transitions
Anxiety
Grief and loss
Self-worth and identity
Parenting and changing roles
A trusting therapeutic relationship is an important part of the process. Together, we'll explore what matters to you.
Taking the next step
You don't need to have it all figured out.
Reaching out can feel vulnerable. If you're considering therapy, you're welcome to email a brief introduction and what you're looking for. I'll let you know whether my availability and approach may be a good match.
